Generate a DMR automatically after an inspection plan fails

Is there a way to program or (if already in the enhanced quality module) to generate a DMR if the inspection plan of a part fails?

Failed inspections generate DMR’s automatically in our system. We have the QA module, we do not have the Enhanced QA. We’re on 10.2.700

I see, thanks for the feedback. Could you please guide me as to how do I find that DMR generated for a specific job#? I’m starting to familiarize myself with the MES module, but I still struggle.

At the MES after I click finish the inspection is at ‘failed’, I looked at DMR tracker, but I don’t see anything.

OK, just so you know we don’t use inspection plans, we just add a non-conformity and then process the inspection. When we fail the inspection, a DMR is created and we get a message with the DMR number.
For open DMR’s, you could check Job Tracker, tab Job Details → Assemblies → Transactions and look for DMR transaction types there (in our case is INS-DMR).
If you know the material’s part number, you could use Part Tracker’s DMR tab to check.
Also, you could create your own BAQ and show what you want (DMRHead is the table).
