Scenario:
We reserve and release quantity for picking. Entire balance released is not picked. The picked quantity moves to ‘Picked’ and the unpicked balance stays in ‘Picking’
Right now, we are unable to unreserve the unpicked balance, and reserve it for another order line/release as long as there is quantity in picked. Once the picked quantity gets marked as shipped we can then unreserve the unpicked balance.
I’m sure there is a good reason for this, I’m just wondering if there is a setting or something that would allow us to unreserve the unpicked balance before we ship the picked quantity.
Maybe a change in our process?
