On Friday, it’s EpiUsers Frideas Day! Have you been to the Epicor Ideas Portal recently? If so, are there some ideas you want to encourage other users to vote for? Maybe want to add comments to an existing idea?
Just noticed this wasn’t kicked off yet, but I’ve seen a lot of Ideas posted this week. Pull 'em all in and get your votes!
KIN-I-5588 - Optional Setting: “Unfirm” jobs should not generate purchasing demands for materials on the job that aren’t in stock https://epicor.ideas.aha.io/ideas/KIN-I-5588
Also transfer order workbench remains completely unusable without the standard search button that literally every other application has: https://epicor.ideas.aha.io/ideas/KIN-I-5222
Simply cannot understand the refusal to address this issue.
Ever tried to chase down what is happening with your system emails, but unfortunately you can’t because every record in the mail log only has a DATE and no TIME? https://epicor.ideas.aha.io/ideas/KIN-I-5305
It’s not just the baq home page, but also the application studio home pages, and maybe others too. I need to know what company I am in. These screens are NOT company agnostic and to hide this information is a huge problem.
Almost 200 votes and Epicor has still declined to address the missing part landing page in 2024.2. Not sure how many epicor users it takes. https://epicor.ideas.aha.io/ideas/KIN-I-4971
I’d be happy with a sympathy session first. We don’t want another Landing Page controversy. Gather input, talk to the users, find the pain points in working in a Pet Builder world and let’s build tools that will encourage users to upgrade easier and more often.
Yes, talk to us. We were told the part landing page was pulled due to user feedback which apparently came from a few hand-selected users deemed important enough to listen to. What about the rest of us?
I have several users that are really struggling with Kinetic UI just because of little but critical UI features like Grid Filters in Kinetic. In some cases they can’t even run their reports properly since these filters are missing.
This one would allow you have have “System.Object” as an input and output to your functions.
This would let you use any “Serializable” object from rest, as well as “any” object for internal calls.
