Forms don't print unless Previewed

I found that if you use a Crystal Parameter to prompt the user for anything, then you have to preview the report first or it errors out.

Although I will assume you NOT prompting the user, so my next guess would be multiple data sources. i.e. the xml source got set to two different sources. (I think someone else already suggested this and I would agree with them).

We are having the same issue with custom Crystal reports. No resolution
so far. Epicor tech support says it's the printer driver, but several
users print the same report to different printers all the time, so it
cannot be the driver. The out of the box reports print without any
problems using the same printer drivers.

We recently had that same issue with a custom report. After many hours of trying to give the printer new drivers, change it's connection to the network, etc., we finally started looking at the Crystal Report. We finally found that the Crystal Report and the BAQ had somehow gotten out of sync and the report was calling for a field that wasn't included in the BAQ.
