Forecast is not consumed by Sales order

Forecast Consumption not working - I am facing a problem that our forecast is not consumed by the the 4 Sales Order which due dates are valid.

For example : we have a forecast for a x date generated a demand of 10 pieces.
and we have a 3 Sales Order with 10 quantity, which are due on the between forecast periods.

Also i have checked that in Time Phased Report that none of the forecast in this period have
consumptions made based on these 3 sales order.

We are using the epicor 10.2.300.13

Anyone facing the similar problem.
Can anyone pls guide me if i missed some settings for consumption of how i can fix this.

Might be a daft question but we are only live on Vantage at the moment (we did use Forecast without issue but don’t anymore) and working towards E10 live implementation, but the help advises this:

Have you generated purchase suggestions?

Hi Smith,
In our case we have a material so we no need to generate the purchase suggestion.

Maybe worth trying to run it though as that’s what the help is suggesting, even though it won’t affect any materials?
