Flat BOM BAQ

Hi Everyone,

Is there a plugin or addon that can be purchased for Epicor 10.1.600 that will create Flat BOM BAQ’s? Any suggestions would be appriciated.

What do you mean by flat BOM?

Only first level?

That is a straight forward BAQ.

You can write a CTE query to make one. It’s a little on the advanced side, but not incredibly hard. Do you want them from the part master? If you search I bet there is an example on here. The link below on epic web has an example of making a BOM.

Thank you for the information.

If we were to build a query in SQL Management studio to pull the information we need, is there a way to import that into an epicor BAQ?

We can see the query code in the preview when creating a BAQ, copy and run in SQL Managment Studio, but not the other way.

As far as I know, that’s the only way it works. @knash probably knows a way to to it though.

Can you make it a view instead of a query in SQL mgmt studio and then use an external BAQ to see it?
