Does anyone have a good way to flag a customer for some special handling when placing an order. For example we have some customers that can only receive orders through a special 3rd party system, not directly ordering from us. Would be nice to have a Popup that warns?
You can use attributes on the customer and a BPM to check them

If you are not using Customer Groups for something else this would be a
good use. Setup a customer group, 3rd party orders, and then use a BPM when
you load that customer tied to that customer group to alert customer
service with a message
