Fiscal Year and Fiscal Period in Part Tran table (Is this an issue in Epicor 10)?

I saw a previous post dating back to 2016 where Fiscal Year & Fiscal Period returned 0 in the Part Tran table.
Is this still an issue in Epicor 10. I am returning a 0 in those fields.
I looked in the TranGlc Table and I am not seeing anything where the Keys = the fiscal year / period in the Part Tran table.

Epicor does not store Fiscal Year and Period in E9/E10. Link PartTran to TranGLc then to GLJrnDtl to get Fiscal Year and Period,
