Final Partial Shipments Leaving Order Lines Open

I got SCR66621 for 408B which updates CustShip.r to address this issue. It worked in my testing, and I'm waiting for confirmation from my users.

Its a known bug. I think it is fixed in 409A, but if not then it will be in

We're on 408BSQL. I think others have reported this issue but I
wanted to double-check.

We're seeing problems consistently where Vantage in Customer Shipment
Entry won't close Order Lines/Releases where multiple partial shipments
are made against a release. Say the customer has ordered 10 units. We
ship 5 when they're available, and then 5 more to close the line. CSE
doesn't check the 'Shipped Complete' checkbox automatically even when
the shipped quantity matches the required quantity.

Has anyone seen this? Anyone received a fix for this? If not, any
customizations or other workarounds? I can have my shipping staff
manually check the box, but it seems like Vantage should be doing this
damn math itself.

Grr...this is just a stupid bug.

No one-off that I've been sent, but supposed to be fixed in patch 8.03.409D (no target date!). I'm on 8.03.409A, it's still broken.

The only time I have seen this happen is when a pack ID is created and then left open. The pack slip is then printed, and it asks the user if this pack is ready to ship. If you say no and then later click the shipped checkbox I have seen the shipped complete box unchecked even though the shipped quantity matches the requested quantity
