Anyone using the Field Service module in E10? We need some help!
We can create operations that are used on service jobs, and those operations have a Labor Rate. This Labor Rate is used when billing the customer, x number of hours against this operation times the labor rate. This labor rate is good for 8 hours a day, but we cannot figure out how to charge a different rate for labor beyond 8 hours, or on Saturday or Sunday, or on Holidays.
Has anyone seen this, and do you have any suggestions on how to deal with this? Thanks in advance!
