We are on Vantage 8.03.409 and have InSite (2+ years) and 98% of the time it
works fine, in fact very well since we no longer are shipping through an
external system (Worldship or Express Ship) and then having to ship in
Vantage. Most of our problems are due to bad Shipping addresses or Manifest
Billing information. The biggest issue is when doing Phantom Packs, for
whatever reason the manifesting (freighting) takes considerably longer than
a single case, much longer than you would expect just because of phantom
cases.

I did a demo of Insite today and while we liked the functionality, the cost
seems high. Has anyone tied FedEx and Epicor 9 in such a way as to eliminate
having to use a FedEx terminal?
