External Datasouce Excel

Has anyone done an external DataSource for excel recently? We are on Kinetic 2021.1.13, 11.1.100.1.
The help guides in Kinetic are not real helpful for this. They refence using provider Microsoft Jet OLEDB.4.0 which is a 32-bit client. Preferably I want to use 64-bit.

They are also saying to add Excel 8.0:HDR=YES to extended properties but I don’t have this option in advanced properties.

I’ve reach out to support, but I have not heard back from them yet.
