I have ExpressShip for 8.0. They released it 2 weeks ago...

We went live on 8.0 in January. We had originally purchased Express
Ship along with 8.0 in March of 05. For months we asked why we never
received the media. We tried every avenue, but no one could ever give
us an asnwer. In December, two weeks before go live, we were finally
told that Express Ship for 8.0 was not available and that we would have
to purchase Advanced Shipping which was much pricier. Even though it
was not our fault we were sold something that was not available, we were
forced to pay the difference.
We are now using Advanced Shipping and it is working well. We have a
couple of issues, but I know they are resolved in an available patch.

this we were led to beleive that there were numerous companies out
there already running it. Can any of you that are running it verify
your purchase dates? We use a third party IT firm for our computer
work and they have been getting the runaround from UPS and Vantqage
for the entire 18 month period. We found out just last week that our
original version that we received was a beta version which would tell
me that there were not numerous companies running the software. I am
contemplating just getting the new UPS version which basically
performs the same actions without the maintenance fees and at no cost
to my company.
Any suggestions from anyone?
