What Epicor folders should we exclude from AV scanning on our workstations?

One of @aidacra 's KB articles says Real time AV scans of ERP client folders can reduce performance:

Has anyone done this and actually noticed a difference? We’ve been working on some performance tuning and are trying to figure out if this is worth the risk or not.
