Can anyone show me how to set up the REST link to excel so other users can use their own login credentials for Epicor? I made up a simple Pivot chart that pulls in a BAQ and it works great, until I had someone else open it up (it was saved in a network location). They couldn’t use their username and password to refresh the data. Does that only work with SSO?

Works fine for us. When you go to data > refresh then a window pops up with credentials.
Steps I use to set up. Data, from other sources, odata feed.
Type link and user name and password.
Then make sure you dont check save password in file or the always attempt to use this file to refresh.
I use excel 2016. some that use the file are on older versions. I think you need 2013 at least to refresh the data source. maybe 2010 works but 2007 for sure doesn’t.
Also, like Calvin mentioned. Needs to be shared and they need to have the appropriate security group to run it.
