Regarding the EUG, is it worth the subscription?
Chris,
The EUG membership isn’t a bad deal and IIRC less than $1k a year for your company to join. Membership includes access to the EUG forums and other incentives. A good one is early bird discounts to Insights so most/all of that fee can be recouped if you have people attend Insights.
I agree with Randy. If you go to Insights, it’s worth the fee. Also, they seem to have the inside track on enhancement requests and they have a monthly webinar that are usually informative.

At least I earn the title, no free handouts for me…except for Epicor knowledge, please hand that out free
There are definitely many people who post to the EUG and then post to E10Help the same question, so many of the individuals who are active are on both forums.
It is about 1$ a day so somewhere around 300$/yr - not bad…

Overall, I would say being on the EUG and E10Help isnt bad, we need more Epicor Communities, Forums and Blogs! So its not even a competitor to E10Help =) the more the better…
When I started with E9, Epicor was this top secret society… now thanks to @Edge and @Bart_Elia and Erik Johnson and others like Nathan Anderson… Things are becoming more open…
Me and @josecgomez have bombarded many Epicor Engineers behind the scenes with emails and questions and requests for whitepapers =) Epicor is becoming more open and open… their API if you use Reflector has made alot more functions public as well.
Very detailed response. Your input is greatly appreciated!
