I have seen only a few post about ESP and we are looking at it with a view for customer access to information, logging cases etc. I am trying to get a feel for time and effort to get things up and going. We don't even Share Point Foundation installed so we will be starting from scratch.
If anyone has any experience of information that would help, it would be appreciated.
