ESC Impossible to build workflows list in BPM Method Directives - 8

I am trying my 1st BPM-->ESC, and I am having no luck adding a task that calls the WorkFlow. When I put in the servername and email in the Action (Call the Specific ESC Workflow...) I get the message above. I have checkd the permissions on my .NET folder per epicor answere book 8202MPS, and I can browse from my pc to WorkflowWebServices/WorkflowWebSrv.asmx. I just cannot get a list of WorkFlows.

Any ideas?
