I cannot figure this one out for the life of me. I have a user one user that is getting an error when using Mass Receipt. As soon as he enters the PO and the pack sheet number and hits tab, this error shows up. He can hit OK and keep moving on but every time he does something new like check a box or enter a quantity, it show up again.
any customizations?

That could probably be a lot of things…
This may sound incredibly random, but I’ve seen Menu Tabs cause this error in the past. If the user goes to Options → Preferences, do they have any tabs in play?
Can you share the complete error message? Also which ERP version are you using?
