Error opening kinetic test, and pilot at same time

Hello, Hope someone can help me. I have been pulling my hair out.

I am running 2023.2.17 on our test server. I am running the web GUI and i am able to open up Order Entry in a kinetic screen. When i open Pilot, and proceed to open order entry, i get an error. If I reboot my application server, I can run the reverse. Open order entry on Pilot, but will error on the test server.

I am sure its a certificate issue, but i am not sure where the issue is. I have the certificate installed in trusted root on my PC, as well as Web Hosting.

Each on their own function fine, just not at the same time with the same screen.

Yes,

I can open other screens, no problem. I just cannot open the same screen in the two databases (Test,Pilot). Weird.

This sounds like a Product issue that was introduced in 2023.2.16 and resolved in 2023.2.18.

Contact Tech Support for further clarification.
