Error in upgrading to 10.2.6

Dear all,

We have a problem to upgrade our epicor from 10.1.6 to 10.2.6.
An error message is shown when we try to log in
The error log is shown below:

Check your license and the Companies tab in the Admin console. All licenses are enabled and it is attached to the company.

Thank you so much for the instruction.
The problem is fixed when we enable all the licenses.
