Error in running Capture COS/WIP Activity process

Hi,
I’m trying to run the COS/WIP capture process and encountered the following error :
Capture COS/WIP Activity is currently running, cannot run similar process.

I checked the System Monitor and there are no tasks in Active Tasks/Scheduled Tasks tabs.
Please guide us on how we can track the error and rectify.

Check in the SysTask table if there any active task active.

Hi, yes. The process is active there. Why doesn’t it show on the System Monitor? How do I stop the task?

Try restarting the Task Agent

if that doesn’t work you will need a hotfix from Epicor
