We just upgraded our Epicor to Kinetic, now when we try to add new line in an existing order we get the following error message!
I disabled all BPMs and am using the basic Order Entry to make sure the error is not caused by our custom codes and we still get the error.
Anyone here has encountered this before?
What exact version did you upgrade from and to?
Is there anything in the sever log preceding this error which would give a clue to the dataset or reader being used?
Were there any messages or warnings in the conversion workbench?
I would run the schema generation just to be sure.
AttributeSetID was one of the newer column additions in the system. To me it does look like you still have some custom code running that is causing that error.
Seems like it was an upgrade issue! Epicor had to fix it for us! Something about the orderdtl_ud fields missing…
Was the fix doing a database regen in the Epicor Admin Console (EAC) to add that column? Guessing it was missing from the OrderDtl table…

We are about to upgrade to 2024.1 and we are having the same issue with Paste Insert for multiple lines.
