Okay, all is good. I changed the local temp directory in the properties
from mfgwrk61 to the VNTGWORK temp directory and this solved the
problem.

Are they able to print any other forms to their printer or do they
get the same type of errors? It could be a security issue with the
mfgwrk61 folder. Your error message says mfgwrk61 and you say you
checked c:\vntgwork. Check the properties of the icon to see where
the .dbf should be going.
There is a Progress version you could try also, unless you need
barcoding.
