ERROR#: -20, Error#: 90602

Okay, all is good. I changed the local temp directory in the properties
from mfgwrk61 to the VNTGWORK temp directory and this solved the
problem.

Are they able to print any other forms to their printer or do they
get the same type of errors? It could be a security issue with the
mfgwrk61 folder. Your error message says mfgwrk61 and you say you
checked c:\vntgwork. Check the properties of the icon to see where
the .dbf should be going.
There is a Progress version you could try also, unless you need
barcoding.

Happy Friday everyone.

We have a warehouse down the street that connects to our network through
remote server.

Lately, when trying to print job travelers, they are getting the
following error message

Error#: -20

Error#: 90602

Creating File

File4create

C:\EPICOR\MFGWRK61\JOBHEAD.DBF



I tried taking the JOBHEAD.DBF file from the C:\VNTGWRK folder and
replacing the one in the EPICOR\MFGWRK61 folder to no avail. It keeps
saying it is in use and/or read only. I have totally cleared out of
Vantage and checked the file properties for the Jobhead file and it
still wont let me replace/delete.



Can anyone help me please? :-) It is really important that these guys be
able to print the job travelers down there......

They are able to print other forms, yes. I did check both folders, as
the error msg names mfgwrk61 (which I did check), but I double checked
vntgwrk as well as I know this local folder holds all those files also.
If it is a security issue, do you happen to know what I can do to fix
it? Any other suggestions?
I will check the icon properties to see where it is going.
