ERP 9 refresh dashboard query from combobox

I have looked everywhere including YouTube videos and cannot figure out how to filter my dashboard based on a combobox selection.

  1. Can I do this without code
  2. I don’t want the user to have to click Refresh (might need code for this huh?)
  3. which is better for this purpose: EpiCombo? or EpiUltraCombobox?

If I do need to use code, I understand the form event but I don’t know how to tell the query to refresh based on the combo choice. I don’t know how to refer to the primary query/filter.
