The first question that Tech. Support would ask at this point is: "Are you using the latest Epson Driver?". And are you using Crystal 8 (for Vantage 5.0)?

We are trying to use a 24 pin narrow carriage impact printer but the
fonts seem to force a second blank page. I cannot make the print any
smaller. Has anyone else had this issue?? We have plenty of laser
printers but accounting wants the impact printer which is printing
with Courier New. Any help will be appreciated.

For our Oki 320, I had to change fonts to something smaller. It was so
long ago that I can't even remember if all I changed was the font size or
the font itself. You have my sympathies at any rate. Altering the Crystal
P/O image was no picnic.
