As far as I know they are safe to clean up.
I realised it happens mostly after BAQ that crash.
Mostly they get clean when the appservers are stopped bit if not its safe to delete when the appservers are stopped.

Subject: [Vantage] EPICORTEMP Folder Files
Epicor 904.507a
On our production server, in the EPICORTEMP folder, we have about 10 files that begin with srt****** that are large 2GB+. Anyone have an idea what these are? I am concerned about disk space and want to get rid of them. For what its worth, we just patched over the weekend from 506B to 507A and never noticed these until now. All of these large files have dates after the patch.
Thanks in advance.
