Anyone else having a problem downloading documents and updates from Epicor website? I'm totally frustrated with this site right now!
Not sure what kind of problem you're having but it appears we need a 2nd login/password on the first download. Choose a pdf file, press download and it should request a 2nd name/password before showing it. Press the IE Back Button and now you can right-click on any file and tell it where to go.
