I can get to the EWA login form from a browser but after entering credentials the displayed page just goes back to a blank login form without showing any error messages
When I look at the epicor admin console i can see the logged in sessions.
I have tried recycling the app pool associated with the EWA website.
I have tried changing the credentials associated with the app pool
I have checked the usual windows event logs but can’t see any associated error messages
Has anyone else experienced this?

Yes I have - Edge, Chrome, Firefox. All have the same behaviour. Also tried incognito mode in Chrome.

It never times out? I have the same issue right now. I deployed it and it just sits there at the login after entering credentials.
Eventually I get an error though.

In my case, after entering the credentials it goes straight to the blank login form again.
The IIS log doesnt show anything other than a successful POST, presumably when the credentials are sent.

I just tried old IE11 and got in!
I wonder if the problem might due the fact that our EWA https has a self-signed certificate

I thought I had tried that, but I’ll try it again.
EDIT: Nope, no luck.

I have now tried Chrome that is installed on the app server and it works. I am not connecting to ‘localhost’
