Epicor-Vantage maintenance options

There was once an option for a specific number of hours of support calls, in addition to upgrades & patches, that was less expensive than "full". But when I checked and added up the number of our calls that would exceed it and incur extra charge it did not seem to make sense for us. I am not sure if they even still offer this. Probably a matter to discuss with your CAM. Also, with your upgrade schedule you are very likely going to need help so your call volume may increase. Then, with Sonoma down the road there will be even higher chance ot needing full support. My two cents is bite the bullet. Talk to your CAM about what they can do to help the cash flow if one big payment is an issue.

We are on version 5.0, with hopes to be at 6.1 within a year. (We
need to upgrade hardware before an upgrade is possible.)
