Can anyone tell me how to go about (or if it is even available) getting a user’s guide/manual?? We have a contact person but I have been trying to get answers for 2 months now and have been researching and trying to teach myself and co-workers the software but are running issues. Thank you in advance

Happy to help! EpicWeb has a lot of resources - there are Technical Guides in there as well. Just hover over the Documentation link in the header to view the different categories.

That is awesome. I just got Admin “powers” but having trouble signing in. Hopefully, they can get that resolved for me. I appreciate your help.
They should be able to resolve that quickly. Your EpicWeb account feeds a lot of other things - like the Learning Center, idP, EpicCare, Epicor Ideas, etc… - so it’s important that it’s setup right, especially as an admin.
Your CAM is your point-person for any questions you have about licensing, if you’re not getting any traction with support, demo & quote ancillary products (like QuickShip, ECC, CPQ). They have an inside channel to get things done quickly, so be sure to use him/her.
Lastly, this forum is super friendly and helpful - it’s been my most productive Epicor resource since onboarding almost 3 years ago, so ask questions if you get stuck.
