Epicor University

Highly recommend the Sat-Sun classes for which you pay extra. They're in
depth and typically taught by Development personnel so they can answer most
any question.

When you look at the agenda, anything prefaced with "EUG:" are user-driven
and user-presented "classes". Some are labs, some presentations, etc…

Epicor has many good presentations, but for "real-world" topics stay with
EUG (Epicor Users Group) sessions. Epicor's stuff can be boilerplate and
"ran through Legal", so for these real-world topics, hearing it from the
users is always more accurate.

Thanks! Not that I expect to get approval to go, but just in case...are you
talking the classes on Friday and Saturday before Insights or the labs
offered during Insights?
Has anyone taken classes through the Epicor University?  Did you feel it was beneficial?  Worth the money?  I can read Help all by myself, I'm looking for real-world, how-this-works help.  Will I get that?

Frankly, as beneficial as Epicor University can be, I've yet to take any Epicor class that provided "real-world scenarios" and solutions. To find real-world problems and solutions, I think the EUG sessions at Insights are far superior.Â

I’ll ditto Vic on this one. EUG sessions are way superior to the normal sessions. I also particularly recommend the EUG sessions right before lunch and dinner. Simply go eat with some of the superusers present and you’ll find plenty of answers.
