I had trouble making out words, but that was because the tech was speaking
English, which was not his native language.

I didn't have any problems with calling last week or the week before -
this is the first time it's happening to us. It really stinks, though -
what if we had a serious problem/system-down issue right now?

Fortunately, all I'm looking for is a procedure and a list of any
known-issues upgrading from 406A to 407A.
