Anyone know to rectify the below issue.

Turn to classic mode also give the same results and reinstall Epicor also doesn’t work.
Epicor version: 10.2.600

If that is just one user, try purging personalizations.

Hi, Done purge personalization. Still the same. Any other workaround?

if you run on the server with the /SHELL or the /KINETIC switch in the shortcut?

I had this happen when Indid something like save a layout or a theme or something.

Delete the Epicor folder present under program data in the user machine.
