Lately Epicor seems to be sluggish and kept getting the prompt “Epicor (Not responding)” with the wheel churning. I can let it set for 20-30 minutes before it works again. However, it would freeze up as soon as I open another program. All our users are experiencing similar issues. We are on Epicor 10.2.100.7.
Note that we are still in the middle of implementation and DMT a lot of data. Two people can be in the same program, and it will lock for one while the other is fine. There’s no pattern on when it’ll lock up. I can be opening a purchase order entry record and it’ll lock up or saving a report data definition and it’ll lock up.
Anyone have any insight on what could be causing this issue?
