I’ve found Epicor is relatively snappy most of the time on an end user machine but occasionally it’s super slow to login or load a screen(not any data) and when this happens the screen greys out and says Not Responding. I’ve found resources on the machine are in good shape(not high CPU, active disk or out of RAM), the performance benchmark tool is also good. Screenshots below…
Any suggestions where to dig to figure out what’s going on?
