Epicor Mobile Warehouse Logging out and production scan validations

Hi,

So we upgrade from Epicor10 to Kinetic and with this upgrade, we also implemented the wireless warehouse module(Epicor Mobile Warehouse).

I have been able to figure everything out besides these two things:

  1. The application will log out after about 15 minutes. I changed the license time out from 15 minutes to 9999 minutes for the users and it seems like this does not resolve the issue. Any idea where this setting is? If I can even change it?
  2. Is there any way to force a scan validation when reporting quantity for jobs? It seems odd they have scan validations for Shipping/Receiving and a few others but not for production

Does anyone have experience with resolving either of these issues?

I reached out to Biscit directly because our consultants nor our IT team knew what to do they said the following, which worked for us. We changed the default from 3600 to 36000 and don’t have any problems now.

However, if you are using the cloud version, you will need Epicor support to do that for you.
