Epicor Mobile+ - Invalid host address

I am currently trying to setup some of our users on their mobile device with the Mobile+ app.
I believe that we are having issues with the host address - currently attempting variations along the lines of cadcentraldtapp**.epicorssaas.com/SaaS***

Does anyone have any experience with this application and what a proper host address would contain?

There is also KB0100703 which gives you further information, interestingly the post the other day they mentioned leaving off the https://

The KB mentions to use the URL that is in your client sysconfig file.
