Hope you’re doing great! Has anyone who uses Epicor Mobile CRM found a way to share quotes/orders/invoices directly to customers?
Right now we need to print them either via web or the client and then send them but seems that there should be a way to share them directly from the app or at least for it to be sent directly to the customer contact attached through an email.
Any tips or ideas are greatly appreciated!
I agree 100%. The ability to send quotes/order acknowledgments from Mobile CRM is a huge feature gap. I haven’t been able to figure out a way to do it. If you do figure it out, please share!
At this year Insights we chatted with the developers of the app about this feature and the told us that it has been requested several times and surely the had it in their roadmap but with no definite date yet.
We are thinking messing with some BPMs and mailing the contacts but wanted to see if someone pulled the trigger first
