I am new to Epicor and has been picking up the knowledge.
While checking through the Menu Maintenance page, there is “ICE Extend”, “Mobile Menu, Process”, “EVA Skills”, “Time and Expense” besides the Main Menu that I see in the actual app.
I am more interested in how can I access the “ICE Extend” Menu as I only able to see Main Menu in the app.
Welcome! The items in the ICE Extend menu are hosted elsewhere in the main menu. If you are using the kinetic or modern interface, you can search for any of the forms listed there. You may need elevated permissions to even see some of those links. Go to User Account Security Maintenance and make sure your user is a security manager, and has sufficient options and security settings to access the various forms in the ICE Extend menu. Note that the Menu Maintenance form is the only place you really see those forms listed under the ICE category. When you search for “Conversion Workbench” for example, you will find it under the menu at System Management > Upgrade > Mass Regeneration > Conversion Workbench. I am not sure why they are listed separately in the menu maintenance.
