Is anyone out there using the Epicor Lockbox module (formerly “AR Lockbox Industry Extension”) for payment types other than lockbox, like ACH and wire transfers?
If so, did you have any issues with your bank not delivering the key data elements you need in order to map the payment layouts in this module?
We are finding that our bank only gives us an ACH payment file with a customer name/id and the total amount. There’s no reference fields or remittance information anywhere in the file.
I’m wondering if there are any other users in the same boat and how they were able to get around this?
