We’re currently running Vantage 8.03.305i on premise. We’re looking at upgrading to the new release of Kinetic and moving to the Epicor cloud. I’m curious how things are going for any customers who moved to the cloud and Kinetic? Any connection issues? Any problems printing? How is the cloud performance? Any other issues?
I hope you are seriously considering a complete re-implementation with such a large jump.
