Hi all, has anyone successfully integrated Epicor and Hubspot?
I’m looking for some guidance, help, instructions, documentation; anything that may help me to do so.
Thanks in advance

I’m working on this now. But the very, very, very first questions that need to be answered:
What do we want when we say integrate?
Most importantly, what business outcomes are driving the integration?
HubSpot has developer documentation that describes their API for changes from on-prem, and webhooks for pushing changes to on-prem. You can use Private Apps to control access for certain entities.
Yes, the easiest way is with automation studio which has prebuilt connectors for both kinetic and hubspot.
There is a community recipe now available for this straight out of the Automation Studio community page
Works out of the box
It keeps all customers in sync?
Adds prospects and suspects to Kinetic?
Moves non-sales contacts (AP) into HubSpot?
Links Deals with Opportunity/Quote?
Deals have lines, do they become lines in quotes?
If I quote multiple ways in Kinetic, do I link it to one deal or link many to one?
Synchronizes all parts, just sellable?
Matches Kinetic reps with HS reps?
Respects territory security? Can it, since it uses a service account? Or does it do impersonation?
Integrations can get nasty.
It does some of this it’s a starting point
Don’t get me wrong, it does the plumbing out of the box. My EDI integration Old Man gets cranky when I hear from from coworkers wanting to integrate and never letting me in on the vision.
So, we are about to start with this implementation, but our account manager told us that we need to pay HubSpot licensing services but also the API key, is that true? Some guidance here will be appreciated.
Thanks all
