I have two user IDs (SSO and non SSO) . Created Epicor Functions using SSO user Id. Now I have an issue with SSO environment. I couldn’t modify the functions using non-SSO user Id even though I changed Ownership to non-SSO user ID. Demoted from Production and still, everything is grey out.
Does the non sso user have an access scope applied? And if so does that scope include the function library? Also check the groups on the non sso user and make sure he can be a function developer
Sorry, I forgot to add Functions related security group in non-SSO userID. All good now.
