So like many of you Epicor gave us an FTP folder to store files like label files etc.
We created BPMs matching their tutorials and report styles to send PCID, Receiving and Shipping receipts to that FTP folder. And it has been working for over 3 years.
Now as of yesterday we cannot delete or rename the files.
Which railroads our Bartender integration. It keeps pulling the same unprocessed file over and over. I’ve tried manually deleting the files with a standalone FTP program but get a 550 Access denied error.
I put in a support ticket but 16 hours later they have not assigned a person.
Anyone else running into this?
The irony is I have some customizations that create text files and CSV files and upload them to that same folder. We can download, rename and delete those fine.
The issue is labels produced by their screens and their reports. No code or customization involved.
Out of the blue.
