Epicor.exe crashing for just one user

check the user language settings for this particular user? if language is different than English, mostly like the contextMenu.xml is corrupted. either you can restore from the other server or re-install the client folder.

Hey Calvin,
Just a suggestion, the best and cleanest way to remote and recreate a user on a remote app server is thru the System Control panel. Deleting directories manually is not what Microsoft suggests as the proper approach. The manual hit or miss approach can be more surgical if you know exactly what and where the problem exists but if brand new domain or system users do not experience this issue, then it exists in this profile only or on the userā€™s local system.
Instead:
Go to Control Panel > System > Advanced TAB > User Profiles Settingsā€¦ ( Youā€™ll see the hour glass for a while and this is going to query the Profiles database for a while based on the number of users).
Then once you have your list, find the user in question and highlight and delete that profile. This removes the whole profile found in the Userā€™s dir and importantly the specific registry keys etc for that user properly. So, work with the user to get any essential files in their ā€œMy Documentsā€ dir. on the server backed up somewhere else but donā€™t just copy the whole thing and put it back as that would defeat the purpose of the profile cleaning.

The only other issue weā€™ve seen with local issues is Client permissions or Remote access Client Access Licensing (CALs).
