Epicor ECM Reports

I am trying to run some report for ECM to see check who is doing most of the work in ECM. But the report never able to complete. I am using one of the default User Activity report, I can run it, but it returns no data.

Has anyone run this before?

The ECM reports require some parameters to be populated in order for them to return results. The most common I’ve seen on all of them are the start and end dates of the report you’re looking to run. If you’re not getting the results back, it very well could be that there are no records that match the criteria you’ve set. If you believe that there should be records being returned, it may be a permissions issue; although, I’ve not seen this be an issue before.

I would do a search using the same date range that you run the report with and compare the results you get in each.

For some reason, if you Export as PDF the data will show, but if you just run the report itself with the exact same parameters, the data won’t display. I think I will log a ticket.

Could be that there are too many records for the UI to display them. I’ve had the same thing happen with the Retrieve tab when too many columns are used and too many results are returned on a page. This shouldn’t be a limitation, but currently it seems to be. Good idea to log a ticket.
