I have setup EDD on our Live Environment, but get presented with this login box AFTER I have entered the Epicor Credentials on the EDD Login screen:
I have tried these credentials:
domain\AppPoolIdentity
domain\localadmin
domain\domianadmin
domian\signedinuser
Epicor Manager Credentials
SQL Local Users and Domain Users.
I can’t get passed it.
Can anybody point me in the right direction to troubleshoot?

Managed to sort this by changing the ‘Anonymous Authentication’ Credentials to ‘Application Pool Identiy’ and confirming that the App Pool Identity has permissions for the Site folder on the local drive.
I am now getting presented with this screen now when trying to login to the Active Home Page via the Epicor Desktop App:
I opened up out Live Environment .SYSCONFIG file on my local PC and confirmed that the FQDN is being used under the ‘HomePageURL’ propertie.
You changed this on the IIS site? I wouldn’t have done that. I’m pretty sure I had to enabled Windows Auth for the EDD site in IIS after deploying it. The 2nd login is for the server/site not EDD itself.
Yeah, I set it back to use a specific user, and i enabled Windows Authentication as well and moved the NTLM provider to the top - that appeared to make a difference.
