We’ve started down the route of a hybrid. We’ve taken the core CRM functionality of Epicor and combined it with a system called Bezlio that allows us to create our own mobile and web based input screens. Our sales people like it because we can often build them anything they want and integrate them with whats happening in the office so they can see order status, RMA status, notes logged by customer service and credit control. Its working quote well, the weak link being Outlook integration. Information Worker is unreliable and you cant edit appointments to send meeting invites or add Teams meeting invites. We tried Mobile CRM and it was vastly improved over anything before but you were still limited with customization
Bezlio is FANTASTIC! We use it for our MES. Every user has an iPad and does all their work from Bezlio. It’s been awesome.

I have also used bezlio, but never got into the CRM side of it cause they were using hubspot (not integrated).
The beautiful thing about Bezlio is it’s 100% customizable. Anything that has an API you can build a Bezle for.

Yes, it’s super nice. Although we never got into developing our own Bezles.
We used a couple different software consultants for our Bezls. We didn’t have the bandwidth during our go-live to take that on. The consultants Bezlio recommend were great. We’ve used them since for some things too.
Epicor CRM product manager could you provide a response please?..
