After Epicor desktop is opened and I click on the “Tree View” icon… The application closes ? and now the Search option is there but when I search for something no results are showing . What’s causing this ? now we have few users with the same issue. We have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing seems to correct this issue. Please help.

We recently experienced the same issue. The problem turned out to be an errant security setting on the main menu.

Do you by any chance recall what or where we can deactivate such setting ?

In our case, I had accidentally and unintentionally set the very top node of the menu tree to be unavailable to all users. Oddly, the menu still worked, until the user tried to hit the Tree View icon, which immediately resulted in Epicor shutting down.
